Spinergy Inc. (S) Pte Ltd collects Personal Data, hereafter known as the data “Processor” to our Client who is the data “Controller”, which includes but is not limited to the following: 

  • Individual Personal Information such as Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Passport Number, Passport Expiry Date and Nationality. 
  • Contact Information such as Email Address, Phone Number and Emergency Contact Person’s Contact Information. 
  • Event Information such as Dietary Requirements, Flight Information, Meal and Optional Activity Preferences or other service preferences. 
  • Payment Information such as Credit or Debit Card Information, including the name of cardholder, card number, billing address and expiry date. 

For the clarity of this policy statement, the phrase “Personal Data” includes but is not limited to, Individual Personal Information, Contact Information, Event Information and Payment Information. 

The failure to supply such Personal Data may result in the Processor being unable to provide you with the products and/or services requested in the incentive travel programme.

Purpose of Collection, Use and Disclosure

The Processor generally collects Personal Data directly from you or from your authorised representatives (i.e. persons whom you have authorised) through the event, stated in this event domain, Registration Website, to fulfil the following objectives, which include but are not limited to: 

  • Arranging hotel accommodation, room pairing and other hotel services;
  • Arranging flights and airport transfers;
  • Providing optional activities;
  • Providing personalised event essentials such as Lanyard Card and Meal Preference Cards;
  • Facilitating payment transaction for optional activities, hotel upgrade via PayNow and bank transfer;
  • Contacting you for any events update and
  • For Safety, Security and Legal Compliance.

The Processor may also use and disclose your Personal Data to third parties for the facilitation to fulfil the purposes listed above. 

The Processor shall ensure that its employees, agents, contractors and such other third parties mentioned above who are involved in the use, collection and disclosure of Personal Data will observe and adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Processor may also disclose your Personal Data to the Government or Law Enforcement Agencies for security and immigration purposes. 

In addition, the Processor may disclose your Personal Data to our legal advisors for the practicing and defending of our legal rights. The Processor may also disclose your Personal Data, if necessary, to investigate suspected unlawful activities. 

Accuracy of Personal Data

The Processor requires your assistance in ensuring that your Personal Data is current, complete and accurate. As such, should there be any changes to your Personal Data after the submission of your registration form, please kindly inform the Processor by submitting your updated particulars to the Contact Us event email stated for this event referencing: Updated Personal Particulars. 

Access of Personal Data

The Processor allow you to view your stored Personal Data after the submission of your registration form through the password-protected account that the Registrant has created on the website. Kindly login to your account to view your stored Personal Data. 

Consent for the Use and Disclosure of Personal Data 

In the course of arranging and providing services for this event, Personal Data will, by nature of the task and transaction, be provided by our Registrants to the Processor. In such instances, consent will necessary be implied from the Registrants that they are agreeable in providing their Personal Data through the submission of their online registration form in order for the Processor to provide the requested or necessary services to them. 

Retention of Personal Data

The Processor will retain your Personal Data as long as they are necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, the legal or event purposes of the Processor or as required by relevant laws. 

When deleting your Personal Data, the Processor will take commercially reasonable and technically safe measures to ensure that your Personal Data is irrecoverable and irreproducible in accordance to the applicable laws. 

Security Safeguard

Security and Protection of Personal Data is safeguarded by the Processor. Upon logging into your Registration Account, all internet communications are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with high security 128bit encryption, certified by Verisign Secured. 

You must never share your Registration Account or login details with anyone for this high level of protection to be effective. However, if you do not take reasonable care to ensure the continued confidentiality and accuracy of your Personal Data, the Processor will not be liable for any consequential misuse and/or fraud.
